The Mass Admirals Mites & Mini Mites Program is the perfect starting point for young players looking to develop a strong foundation in hockey. Designed for players 8 years old and younger, this program focuses on skill development, confidence-building, and having fun on the ice—all while introducing the key fundamentals needed for long-term success in the sport.
Mite Development Sessions - Required for new players
To ensure proper development and placement, all players interested in joining the Mites or Mini Mites program must attend at least one Mite Development session. These sessions allow players to experience high-quality coaching, build essential skills, and integrate smoothly into the program.

The Mites program is designed for players ready to advance their hockey fundamentals, game awareness, and skill development. With a continued focus on skating, passing, shooting, and small-area gameplay, players experience structured training sessions that prepare them for higher levels of competition. This program ensures that young athletes are continuously developing while enjoying the game in a fast-paced, fun environment.

The goal is to build confidence, foster a love for the game, and set a strong foundation for future development.
